After logging in to your account, click on the Contacts tab in the banner at the top of the screen. Select either Advanced Search or View all Contacts from the drop-down menu and enter information for the customer(s) for whom you wish to view marketing. On the next screen, click the View Details button next to the customer’s name.
Click the Marketing History tab to view campaign(s) from which the selected customer has received marketing. You can also see the dates that the customer entered or left each campaign.
Click the Scheduled Items tab to view individual marketing elements to be sent to the selected customer, as well as the date(s) they will go out. Campaign elements are sent only on active, budgeted campaigns.
